This Hosting Support Agreement is made between IDEMS International Community Interest Company (hereafter “IDEMS”), registered in England and Wales, company number 11137433, and Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Kalamazoo College agree to pay IDEMS $500 USD for initial setup and $50 USD/month or $600 USD/year for 12 months/one year of hosting services. The total amount of $1100 USD will be invoiced in full following the signing of agreement.
