This document describes the establishment of municipal cells by AMSP-Burkina as local platforms for coordination, learning, and governance among agricultural actors. These cells bring together producers, processors, and value chain stakeholders to improve collaboration, strengthen capacities, and enhance adoption of agricultural innovations. The initiative addresses weak local coordination, lack of peer learning frameworks, and limited collective mobilization in rural areas.
